After a high-scoring first inning from both teams, Calvary PCA pulled away late in the game for a 15-8 win and season sweep of New Life Glenside. In the top of the first inning, the Kings would bat the maximum and score 8 runs aided by a few errors from PCA and a 3-run home run by John T. The big early deficit did not prove too much for Calvary as the first 8 batters would reach base and score before the first out was made. PCA also batted the maximum 12 batters and scored 9 runs to take a 9-8 lead after just one inning. The Calvary side of the inning featured a bases clearing triple by John Schwartz. Things settled in for pitcher Dan Tyson as the rest of the way the Kings couldn't get more than one runner on each inning. In the bottom of the 2nd, PCA got a sac fly from Dan Tyson and another RBI from John Schwartz to score what would end up being the winning runs. The Calvary bats were also cooled for a few innings until a 4 spot was scored in the bottom of the 5th. Two fielding errors would prove costly as Pete Tyson would smash a 3 run home run to provide the final score.

Stars for Calvary were John Schwartz (3 for 4 with 4 RBI), Ron Slagle and Pete Lytle (also 3 for 4), and Pete Tyson (2 for 3 with a HR and 3 RBI). Dan Tyson also pitched well walking none and getting 2 strikeouts. For the Kings, John T had 2 hits including a HR and 3 RBI and Luke Morris had 2 hits including a triple.
